Your personas are the personalities around whom your whole business is built.
- Convert – deliver offers in return for contact information
Once you’ve attracted the right website visitors to your site, the next step is to convert those visitors into leads by obtaining their contact information. Contact information is the most precious currency there is for an online marketer. For your visitors to share that currency voluntarily, you need to offer them something in return! That “payment” comes in the form of great content – like eBooks, calculators, whitepapers, or tip sheets – whatever information would be fascinating and valuable to each of your personas.

- Close – monitor and engage
